In these general terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:<\/p>\n

Subscription:<\/strong> the Service whereby Tribes Dating undertakes to provide the Customer, for a fee and for an agreed period, with access to the digital Services, including the use of the App;<\/p>\n

General Terms and Conditions:<\/strong> the present general terms and conditions of Tribes Dating;<\/p>\n

App:<\/strong> the mobile application offered by Tribes Dating and its associated digital environment through which Customers gain access to and can use the Services;<\/p>\n

Cooling-off period:<\/strong> has the meaning assigned to it in Article 5 paragraph 1 of these General Terms and Conditions;<\/p>\n

Day:<\/strong> calendar day;<\/p>\n

Services:<\/strong> all services offered or provided by Tribes Dating to the Customer under an Agreement, including in any case (but not limited to) granting (premium) access to the App, the Subscription, digital functionalities and related online services, as well as \u2013 where applicable \u2013 the right of access to one or more Events;<\/p>\n

Event:<\/strong> the launch event or party organized by Tribes Dating, the date and location of which are determined by Tribes Dating;<\/p>\n

Durable medium:<\/strong> any tool \u2013 including email \u2013 that enables the Customer or Tribes Dating to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation for a period appropriate to the purpose of the information, and which allows unchanged reproduction of the stored information;<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal:<\/strong> has the meaning assigned to it in Article 5 paragraph 1 of these General Terms and Conditions;<\/p>\n

Customer:<\/strong> the natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with Tribes Dating;<\/p>\n

Tribes Dating:<\/strong> Tribes Dating (Chamber of Commerce 97869120), established in Amsterdam, email: hello@tribes.dating<\/a>, website: https:\/\/tribes.dating<\/a>, which provides and\/or offers Services to the Customer;<\/p>\n

Agreement:<\/strong> an agreement concluded between the Customer and Tribes Dating under which Tribes Dating offers Services to the Customer and which is concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of Services, whereby up to and including the conclusion of the agreement exclusively one or more means of distance communication are used;<\/p>\n

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Tribes Dating and to every Agreement concluded between Tribes Dating and the Customer regarding the offering and provision of Services.<\/li>\n
  2. Before the Agreement is concluded, the text of these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the Customer. If this is not reasonably possible, Tribes Dating will indicate before the conclusion of the Agreement where the General Terms and Conditions can be consulted and that they will be sent to the Customer free of charge upon request without delay.<\/li>\n
  3. If the Agreement is concluded electronically, these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the Customer electronically before the conclusion of the Agreement in such a way that they can be easily stored by the Customer on a durable medium.<\/li>\n
  4. If, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, specific (additional) conditions apply to certain Services, paragraphs 2 and 3 apply accordingly.<\/li>\n
  5. If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become wholly or partially void or voidable at any time, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. The void or voidable provision will be replaced by mutual agreement with a provision that approximates the intent of the original provision as closely as possible.<\/li>\n
  6. Situations not expressly regulated in these General Terms and Conditions shall be assessed in the spirit and intent of these General Terms and Conditions.     1. If an offer by Tribes Dating has a limited period of validity or is made subject to specific conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.<\/li>\n
    2. All offers by Tribes Dating are without obligation. Tribes Dating is entitled to modify or adjust the offer as long as no Agreement has yet been concluded.<\/li>\n
    3. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the Services offered by Tribes Dating. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the Customer to properly assess the offer. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer are not binding on Tribes Dating.<\/li>\n
    4. Information, images, descriptions and other data forming part of the offer are presented as truthfully as possible but are purely indicative in nature. No rights can be derived from them and they do not in themselves constitute grounds for compensation or dissolution of the Agreement, unless there is a conflict with mandatory consumer law.<\/li>\n
    5. To the extent that Tribes Dating uses images, mock-ups or example representations (for example of the App, functionalities or events), these are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the final delivery of the Services.<\/li>\n
    6. Each offer contains sufficient information to make clear to the Customer what rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer. This includes at least:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
